Sorry for the late response, but Iran rejected the extra incentives anyway. I don't think Iran is going to budge from its instistance on domestic uraniam enrichment. And I don't think the U.S. and its allies will budge from their rejection of that -- at least until a new administration comes into office. The stalemate continues...
